Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Choose your dates and a stay, and send us your request on the website. A request does not reserve the stay. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it by email. Payment is by bank transfer, not through the website. We send you the bank details in the confirmation email, and you then have 24 hours to pay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2 pm at Corner Studio and Varna Heart Studio, and from 3 pm at The Fig Garden. Check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before check-in, you get 50% back between 7 and 13 days before, and later cancellations are not refunded. Read the full cancellation policy.

How many guests can stay?

Corner Studio takes up to 2 guests, Varna Heart Studio up to 3, and The Fig Garden up to 4.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes. Visitors must follow the house rules, including the quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am), and you are responsible for them. Parties are not allowed.

Can I smoke or bring a pet?

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation, including balconies and terraces. Pets are not allowed. See the damage and smoking policy.

What do I need to send you after my booking is confirmed?

By law, we must register our guests. After we confirm your booking, we ask for your full names, date of birth (or EGN for Bulgarian citizens), nationality and ID card or passport number. You can send them by email, WhatsApp or SMS. We use them only for this purpose. See our privacy notice.

Where exactly are the stays?

All three are in central Varna. We send the exact address and check-in details with your confirmation.

Is there parking?

There are no reserved parking spaces. You can park on the street, where parking is paid. Follow the street signs, which explain how to pay. Private car parks in the area are also paid.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, all stays have Wi-Fi. You can find the network name and password in the apartment.

What is near the stays?

The stays are in central Varna, a city with a lot to offer: the sea and beaches, restaurants and cafes, shops, culture and many activities. See where each stay is, and what is around it, on our map. For ideas on what to do, read the area guide.

I want to stay longer than 30 days. What should I do?

Send your request as usual. For stays longer than 30 days, we will contact you after your request. We agree the terms with you before we confirm, and some terms of our policies may differ.
