Cancellation policy

1. Booking confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a reservation. Your booking becomes binding once LexHome explicitly confirms it by email or another agreed communication method. By confirming your booking, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Free cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 calendar days before your scheduled check-in date. If you have already paid for your accommodation, you will receive a full refund.

3. Partial refund

If you cancel between 7 and 13 calendar days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total accommodation price.

4. Late cancellation and no-shows

If you cancel fewer than 7 calendar days before check-in, your booking is non-refundable. If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without notifying us, the booking is also non-refundable.

5. Changing your dates

You may request a change to your check-in or check-out dates at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled check-in date. Date changes are subject to availability and our written confirmation. We do not charge a date-change fee, but any difference in accommodation price must be paid.

6. Leaving early

If you check out before your confirmed departure date, the unused nights are non-refundable.

7. If LexHome cancels your booking

If we need to cancel a confirmed booking, we will refund all payments received for that booking in full. We will arrange the refund as soon as reasonably possible. We may offer alternative accommodation, but you are not required to accept it.

8. Exceptional circumstances

We recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may affect their trip. Any rights that apply under mandatory law remain unaffected by this policy.

9. How to cancel

To cancel your booking, email us at Lexhome.bg@gmail.com. Please include your full name, the accommodation booked, and your check-in and check-out dates.

Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your cancellation email. We will confirm receipt by email.

10. Payment and refunds

Payment is by bank transfer, not through the website itself. We send you the bank details in the confirmation email, and payment is due within 24 hours of that email.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will arrange it using the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed with you. We will process refunds as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

11. Stays longer than 30 days

For stays longer than 30 days, we will contact you before confirming the booking. Some terms of this policy may differ for long stays. We will agree any different terms with you in writing before the booking is confirmed.
