House rules

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2 pm at Corner Studio and Varna Heart Studio, and from 3 pm at The Fig Garden. Check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability.

When you leave, close the windows, lock the door and leave the apartment in a reasonable, tidy condition. Leave the keys as agreed with us.

2. Maximum guests

The maximum number of guests is 2 at Corner Studio, 3 at Varna Heart Studio and 4 at The Fig Garden. The apartments are not suitable for more people, and the limit is there for comfort and safety.

3. Visitors

Visitors are welcome. They must follow these house rules, including the quiet hours and the no-smoking rule. You are responsible for your visitors and for any damage they cause.

4. Quiet hours and neighbours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. During these hours, keep voices, music and television low and avoid noise that can be heard outside the apartment.

The apartments are in residential buildings with long-term neighbours. At all times, please keep noise down in the stairwell, the entrance and any shared areas, and do not disturb the neighbours.

5. Parties and events

Parties and events are not allowed, and neither are gatherings that disturb the neighbours.

6. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation, including balconies and terraces. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping devices and heated tobacco. See the damage and smoking policy for what happens if this rule is broken.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

8. Care of the apartment

Treat the apartment, furniture and appliances with care and use them as intended.
Keep the apartment tidy. Put rubbish in the bins outside, and do not leave it in the apartment or in the stairwell.
Do not move furniture out of the apartment or take any items with you.
Use heating and air conditioning sensibly, with the windows closed.
When you leave, switch off the lights, heating, air conditioning and water, and close the windows and lock the door.
Do not share keys or access codes with anyone who is not staying with you.
Tell us right away if you lose a key or if something breaks, leaks or stops working.

9. Safety

Do not use candles, open flames or anything else that is a fire risk.
Do not leave cooking, heaters or appliances running unattended.
Illegal activity is not allowed in the accommodation.

10. Damages

You are responsible for damage caused by you or your visitors. We charge only the actual, documented cost of cleaning, repair or replacement, and you can respond before you pay. Normal wear and tear and damage that was already there are not charged. See the damage and smoking policy for the full rules.

11. Breach of the rules

If these rules are broken, we will normally tell you first and ask you to stop. If you seriously or repeatedly break them, we may ask you to leave, and the unused nights are then not refunded. We will act in line with the law.
